Despite my disclaimer (“Before any employees of RMLS take offense, please know that all of you I have had the pleasure of working with and talking to have been absolutely wonderful resources and great people.”), I have been informed that my article regarding RMLS (associated web sites: RMLS/RMLS.com and RMLSWeb/RMLSWeb.com) and their online practices has caused great offense.
To all of the people I have offended, I am sincerely sorry .
The article was viewed a total of 39 times, so the damage should not be far reaching.
I was contacted by RMLS indirectly through one of our Title Representatives and Sales Manager to let me know that my article had been deemed offensive. Again, I am sorry that my intent was not conveyed adequately.
I am awaiting contact directly from RMLS to setup a meeting where we can discuss the article and other matters. My only hopes from this meeting is forgiveness and the opportunity to lend my insights as a proven internet designer, programmer and marketer to their business.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Well,
I can’t see why they took offense to the article. You didn’t come of rude in any sort of way.
I guess they couldn’t handle the truth. So instead acknowledging the truth and replying with a statement they go and complain.
Yes, I completely agree that agents are nickel and dimed for every freaking thing but they also get many a perks (if you know what I mean)
Thanks for visiting, it’s great to see one of the people whose sites I check daily is visiting me too.
It’s still unknown the exact reason as to why they were upset. I am waiting for another representative from RMLS to be back in town (should be today) to setup a time that myself, my manager and at least two people from RMLS can sit down and discuss this. Several very close friends who are professional journalists read the article and are outraged that I was asked to take it down (and a little annoyed with me that I complied). I will definitely post an update as I learn more.
The password is my last name.
So,
Can I have the password?
Curious as to why they got so upset. Were they upset because you layed out the truth that their website might be very 1995?
