You didn't come of rude in any sort of way. I guess they couldn't handle the truth. So instead acknowledging the truth and replying with a statement they go and complain. Yes, I completely agree that agents are nickel and dimed for every freaking thing but they also get many a perks (if you know what I mean) Well,

It's still unknown the exact reason as to why they were upset. I am waiting for another representative from RMLS to be back in town (should be today) to setup a time that myself, my manager and at least two people from RMLS can sit down and discuss this. Several very close friends who are professional journalists read the article and are outraged that I was asked to take it down (and a little annoyed with me that I complied).
