Comedy Central’s Stephen Colbert from The Colbert Report is running for president…in South Carolina.
I’m going to have to brush up on exactly how the primaries work again, but I’m not quite sure about the possibilities of running in one state on both the Republican and Democratic ticket.
Funny stuff either way, it reminds me a bit of Robin Williams’ “Man of the Year” which I found to be surprisingly funny.
The other amazing thing to me is that this video has been viewed on Comedy Central’s web site almost 200,000 times as of this writing. This further solidifies the argument that video has reached a critical level and all marketers need to take note.

Colbert for President! I love the guy and even though he’s wacky and wierd, he’d be better than any of the other candidates.
