I’m currently live blogging , so I’ll keep this short. Craig Newmark joins the ranks with Google on my list of people I would work for in an instant.
I was mildly entertained yet slightly annoyed yesterday at the reception. People look at your nametag to see if you’re worth talking to. Half of the companies/ developers here see a title company and since I’m not a broker or venture capitalist, I get ignored. The other half realizes that, through me, they have the potential of reaching thousands of Realtors and lenders and I get bombarded with far-flung sales pitches. I need a middle ground.
