To be clear, the home was remodeled under the LEED for Homes program, which is the same whether the home is old or new.  I believe in California, the GreenPoint Rated system allows for certification of a straight remodel (which is different than new construction), but can&#039;t say for certain.  Nice design, by the way.</description>
