Boomers, Time to Listen to Generation Y

Some times I feel like we’re in an age war. Frequently, several mid- to late-Boomers tell me that social networking and blogging will not last and that they’ve been doing business successfully for years without technology. I firmly believe in the idea of respecting your elders, but I also think that respect should be mutual. Generations X and Y grew up surrounded by technology that the majority of Boomers didn’t have. Marketing is geared towards the target market and Gen X & Y are a huge target market, so marketing must be done with technology.
