Why Generation Y Should Job-Hop, Even In The Recession
This is a rather timely article for myself. I just job hopped, realized I’d made a mistake, set the wheels in motion to hop back and am now very patiently awaiting a response, which is suddenly much-needed. The point: if you have something good that you mostly like, work with management to help you like it more before moving.
