Looking at the graph below, it looks like REALTOR.com is the clear winner, and to a degree they are. But looking at the not-so-fine print, we can see that the number is percentage of US market share of visits, with REALTOR.com only holding 6.70%. The amazing thing about this to me is all of the large sites many in the industry think of aren’t that large as a singular entity, which just gives a greater argument for better listing syndication out to all sites.
