Good ideas, and ones I've tossed around more than once, but I'm thinking now might be the time to step up and integrate this site a bit more with the day job to save me some time in the long run.

They cloned a sheep. Certainly they can clone a director of marketing from a local title company...

On one hand that equation gives you job security. Plus I know that a lot of the classes don't stick and they will be back.

On the other it can get annoying to teach the same people the same thing.

Actually your blog can be the link to them. If you can get them to follow you here while you give the tips and training they bring others and could reach a lot more.

Give them pre-work so they have the basics done before the class. Setting up Twitter, grabbing a wordpress blog. Have them come back here for followup.
