He is also a contributing author for AgentGenius.com, a national real estate magazine where he focuses on technology tools and generational marketing and acts as one of the consumer voices on the site.
He contributes to PortlandRealEstateNetwork.com as the community organizer and search engine marketing and email marketing lead.
He has literally grown up with technology, assembling his first computer when he was 6 and coding HTML almost as soon as it was a ratified standard.
Nick has a business degree from the University of Oregon and specialized in Finance, Marketing, Management, Database Administration and Computer Information Technology.
He gained his public speaking abilities and professional educator skills as a Master Instructor in the Professional Association of Diving Instructors at the University of Oregon and Lane Community College.
He has an accomplished track record of success in sales and sales management in the telecom industry.
Currently, Nick researches real estate marketing techniques and develops courses for Realtors to further their knowledge and skills.
